With the issues we are facing in our city as Christians, I am sure most of you are aware of the fight going on for our children and the fight to silence the voice of the church. As “Watchmen on the Wall” we cannot allow that to happen. The battle that is taking place is a spiritual one and we must fight it a spiritual way.
I met with several pastors this past Thursday evening and we agreed that it is past time for the church to rise up, come together and pray for our city. I am asking you to join us this coming Saturday afternoon, October 8th. 3pm-5pm on the front lawn First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1730 Hwy 45 By-Pass (across the street from the Double Tree Hotel).
Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the worship presented by Englewood Baptist Church worship team.
